Muhmorial Day

Ther is a poem. It is sort of sad.

“It is the Soldier, not the minister
Who has given us freedom of religion.
It is the Soldier, not the reporter
Who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the Soldier, not the poet
Who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer
Who has given us freedom to protest.
It is the Soldier, not the lawyer
Who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier, not the politician
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the Soldier who salutes the flag,
Who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag,
Who allows the protester to burn the flag.”

Thees is pritty big ideas for a Roxie.  But I get it.

Soljers are not just into giving freedoms to hoomins. They go off an fight an die so that I may have Roxie grasses an grains and my very own hay feeld and a Mom who loves me so much.

Normally Roxies don't tell peeple what to do. But this Roxie would considder it a horseonal favor if you wuld go thank a soljer. Or a water soljer, or a air soljer, or the soljers who go in all those places.

That is all.
